I'm Celine — a Filipina American Product Designer.

I've spent over eight years designing digital experiences for people and the businesses that serve them. At Adfero, I lead UI/UX design across a mix of advocacy, government, and communications clients — balancing business goals with building real, meaningful connections with users.

Outside of work, I'm usually doing something hands-on and creative — tending to a dozen houseplants, crocheting and knitting new patterns, or finding other ways to keep life creatively rich. Photography is another love of mine, driven by my obsession with composition and visual storytelling. And if I'm not doing any of that, I'm probably playing Mahjong with friends and family.

Over the years, I've gravitated toward work that serves communities and improves people's lives — whether that's designing for advocacy organizations, building systems that make content more accessible, or using design to tell stories that deserve to be heard. That thread of purpose is what keeps me energized, no matter the project.
